Resource icons on the market, and a new chat page

Some small interface improvements:

• The quick menu's icons have a new look and colour.
• The market shows an icon for each resource.
• Resource icons are less bright.
• The city attack page no longer says troops are preparing an attack when none are.
• Most places where a player is named link to their page.
• A city or army that isn't yours hides its private details.
• The chat page has a new design.
