Army and city titles on the map

The map shows the titles of armies and cities, on a transparent background for better contrast. The army's icon is now swords instead of a shield.

Other changes:

• You can finally attack an army within range. Attacking a city is still to come.
• Before an attack you see your chance to win; after it, how many troops were killed and injured.
• The map menu links to an army's or a city's details.
• You can settle a city.
• Army movement is tweaked to work on mobile.
• You can transfer troops from a city to an army.
• Armies garrisoned in a city are real, no longer mocked.
